Course Objectives The aim of the course is to teach how to be a healthy and how to use the power of their body during the emergency health situations. In line with this, the second aim of the course is to teach students how to build a powerful body both in theory and practical.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will understand the principles of a healthy body and life
  • Able to do fitness studies
  • Will be able to apply Strength training
  • Will be able to lift weight without damaging your own body
  • Will be able to basic muscle studies
Course Description Physical education and sports effects on the human organism, conditional and motoric properties condition studies, healthy body and healthy life for the approach, adequate and balanced nutrition, the main purpose of the training and basic tasks, the relationship between loading and resting in training, training techniques
